Tina Crosbie

Nurse Practitioner

Tina Crosbie qualified in nursing in December 1986 and began her career in paediatrics before soon moving to adult nursing. Her career has involved working in acute receiving units for emergency and medical wards before specialising in haematology from 2000. Since her arrival in Australia, she has worked in Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital as the Clinical Nurse Specialist in haematology, then the Clinical Nurse Manager in Oncology. She continued her education with a Master’s degree specialisation and qualified as a Nurse Practitioner in 2010.

Tina is currently the Nurse Practitioner in Haematology and Stem Cell Transplant within Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. She is currently studying a PhD at UWA looking at improving the journey of patients undergoing stem cell transplantation.
